Here you can begin your ride to a new relationship with God!
The following steps are to help you in your spiritual growth.
What does it mean to be born again? It’s not just a churchy term. It’s a term Jesus used. In John 3:3 He told Nicodemus, “Unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” So how are we born again? The act of receiving Jesus into our heart results in our spirit’s rebirth through God’s life. This spiritual rebirth is the new birth.
To be born again means to be born of the Spirit. It’s when the Spirit comes to live in you. Mankind has a free will that God will no roll-ver (override). We must choose to follow God and receive His free gift of eternal life (1 Peter 1:3-5).
In confessing Jesus Christ to be King over your life, you have been forgiven for your sins and made right with God. He sees you as righteous, just as if you never sinned. This is an undeserved favor because Jesus exchanged His life for yours.
Water Baptism is the first step Jesus calls us all to take after we give our lives to Him. Baptism is a powerful symbol of something that has happened in your heart. It’s a public declaration of your faith and proclaiming to everyone to whom you belong to.
Catch the Vision is the name of our membership class. It’s where we introduce you to the beliefs of Victory Biker Church International. This is a place where you will also meet the leadership staff and what they do here at Victory Biker Church. We also share with you the heart of our Senior pastor, Apostle Brian McKay.
Acts 2:42 All believers devoted themselves to the apostles teachings, to fellowship, the sharing of meals, and to prayer.
God has given you access to Himself and desires for you to keep company with Him. As a new believer in Jesus, your next step is to use some of the following tools and practices to grow your faith:
- Bible reading – A great place to start is the book of John.
- Prayer – This is a dialogue between you and God that is real, raw, and personal. Ask Him to reveal Himself to you.
- Gather Corporately – Join with the rest of the church family during weekend services to celebrate and experience God.
